HP+D provided planning and concept production for arterial gateways in Buckeye.  This included the creation of concepts for major and minor gateway wayfinding signage and median design.  The concepts were developed under the guiding principles of maintenance sensitivity, low water use, and sustainability featuring ADWR certified plant lists and recycled construction materials in the design. These concepts were used to create the Arterial Gateway Median Guide. In conjunction with the Guide, a maintenance manual was developed specifying proper care and replacement for medians constructed in the future.
