This project redeveloped the old IRS building campus in mid-town Phoenix into a vibrant and comfortable corporate campus for a leading cable internet provider, Cable One. This 3.5-acre site was transformed into three outdoor spaces for corporate functions, entertainment, presentation, and access. The secure site has a custom fence and vine cable support structures. It also included a unique rigid shade structure and a bold line of Red Push Pistache shade trees as the main focal points.
